The original Montessori themed First Day of School signs exclusive to Puzzle Heads! Our very own design features a Children’s House theme with images of familiar Montessori materials like a globe (with Montessori continent colours!) and of course the Pink Tower.

Personalize your sign with your child’s name in a variety of fonts and use a chalk maker (not included) to write in their  favourite details. Then grab your camera and shoot some adorable First Day pics!

What is Included:

• Removable tags for the “First Day of” and “Last Day of” (one of each)
• Choose tags for either “Montessori Casa” or “Montessori Elementary” (choose one)
• Erasable and reusable chalkboard tags (not removeable, just wipe clean) for you to write in your child’s details about which year of Montessori they are attending, how old they are, their Teacher/Guide’s name, things they love, their pets and what they want to be when they grow up (so fast!)

What is NOT Included:

• Glue dots or any other method of attaching the tags
• Chalk markers

Personalization:

• Choose your font
• Provide your child’s name (no accents and no possessive forms – no apostrophe “s” ie not Madison’s just Madison)
• Choose your colours – either Montessori language or solid colour (cursive only available in solid colours)

Letters are coloured using the Montessori language format of red for consonants and blue for vowels – get your child used to seeing their own name spelled in this format to help them remember this structure!

• Optional colours – choose all black letters, all pink letters or all blue letters. Cursive is only available in solid colours
• Your child’s name is the only part that can be personalized

• Solid Baltic birch plywood construction
• Approximately 9.5″ W  x 11″ H (24cm W x 28cm H)
• Removeable glue dots (not included) recommended for attaching First Day, Last Day and Montessori Casa/Elementary tags. Please ensure they are the removeable type and not permanent adhesive so that you can use the sign again at the end of the year for the Last Day of school. Glue dots are much easier than using velcro or other methods

• Choose font and colours
• Choose Montessori Casa or Montessori Elementary tag (First Day and Last Day tags both included)
• Provide child’s name
• Personalization takes 3-4 days

Your Child’s Name:

• Please check spelling carefully – we will create exactly what you provide and are not responsible for mistakes
• If there is something unusual about the spelling please send us a message as a heads up so that your order is not delayed
• We are not able to include accents of any kind and no possessive forms (Madison not Madison’s)
